RETURN & REFUND POLICY

As a business based in England, this policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The blender bottle must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • It must be in resalable condition

  • You must provide your order number

Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of used bottles under any circumstances.

Returns sent without first submitting a request through our website inquiry form will not be accepted.


2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery via our website inquiry form and include your order number.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Return shipping costs will be covered in these cases.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a request via our website inquiry form and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
